Publishing Layouts and Reports in HTML Format

Use Print Preview to publish layouts and reports at HTML files and post them to a Web site to share with other project team members.

1. Choose File, Print Preview.
2. Click the Publish to HTML button.
3. In the Publish to HTML dialog box, select the drive and folder where the file should be stored.
4. Type a name for the file in the File name field.
5. Click Save.
