Having a discussion with team members

  1. Choose Project, Activities.
  2. Select the activity to which you want to post a message.
  3. Display Activity Details, then click the Discussion tab.

    To display the Discussion tab, click the Layout Options bar and choose Bottom Layout Options. In the Available Tabs section, select Discussion, click  , then click OK.
  4. To add a message or respond to a message, enter your message in the text box.

    Only users with the Add/Edit Activities Except Relationships privilege can post a comment.
  5. Click Post. Your message will appear in the Comments field.
