Exchanging data with Primavera Prime (P6 EPPM Only)

If your Administrator has set up integration between P6 EPPM and Oracle Primavera Prime, you can exchange data with Oracle Primavera Prime for risk and scope integration.

To send data to Prime:

1. Open the project or projects that you want to exchange with Prime.
2. Select Exchange Data, Send to Primavera Prime from the File Menu.

To update the projects from Prime:

1. Open the project or projects that you want to exchange with Prime.
2. Select Exchange Data, Update from Primavera Prime from the File Menu.

   Notes:

   • You must have the Exchange Project Data with Primavera Prime privilege set in P6 and P6 EPPM must be configured for integration with Oracle Primavera Prime.
   • The Update from Primavera Prime process updates the WBS structure, including work packages for scope integration. This option also updates pre response and post response pessimistic dates for activities based on risk analysis in Oracle Primavera Prime, even though you cannot see them in P6 Professional.
