Change report margins

1. With the Reports window active, click on the Reports toolbar, or right-click on the report and choose Modify.
2. Click , then click the Report tab.
3. Click Page Setup, then click the Margins tab.
   
   To change a margin, type a new size.
   
   Top and bottom margins specify the distance between the top or bottom edge of the paper and the top or bottom edge of the report text, not including the header or footer.
   
   Header and footer margins specify the distance between the top or bottom edge of the paper and the top or bottom edge of the report header or footer, respectively. The header margin cannot be greater than the top margin and the footer margin cannot be greater than the bottom margin.

Note

• To change report margins only for the current report, preview the report and use the Page Setup dialog box. When you change report margins from the Page Setup dialog box, they are applied only to the current printing.
