Budget At Completion (BAC)

Budget At Completion is the budgeted or planned total cost through activity completion. Computed as Budget At Completion = Budgeted or Planned Labor Cost + Budgeted or Planned Nonlabor Cost + Budgeted or Planned Material Cost + Budgeted or Planned Expense Cost. It is the same as the BL Total Cost.
