Create a shared resource calendar

Use this task to create a shared resource calendar.

1. Choose Enterprise, Calendars.
2. Choose Resource, then click Add.
3. Select the calendar you want to copy for the new resource calendar, then click the Select icon.
4. Type the new calendar's name.
5. Click Modify and edit the new calendar.
