Create global profiles (P6 Professional Only)

  1. Choose Admin, Security Profiles.
  2. Choose Global Profiles, then click Add.
  3. Type the new profile's name.
  4. To make the new profile the default global profile, mark the Default checkbox.
  5. Mark the appropriate checkboxes to grant specific privileges to the profile.
