Opening an Existing Layout

Use this task to change and save the settings for an existing Gantt or TSLD layout.

1. Click Add.
2. Select TSLD, Gantt, or Schedule Comparison.
3. In the Create or Open dialog box:

   If you chose TSLD or Gantt:

   1. Select your projects from the Available Projects list and add them to the Selected Projects list.
   2. Click Next.
   3. Choose a layout from the Layout list. You can search this list.
   4. Click Options to customize your layout or click Draw to draw your layout.

If you chose Schedule Comparison:

1. Select Open from existing.
2. Choose a layout from the Layout list. You can search this list.
3. Click Options to customize your layout or click Draw to draw your layout.

   Note: To edit global layouts, you must have the Add/Edit/Delete Global Visualizer Layouts privilege, and to edit project layouts, you must have the Add/Edit/Delete Project Visualizer Layouts privilege. If you do not have the necessary privilege, the Options button is disabled. However, once you draw the layout, use Save As to create a user layout if you want to view Options.
