Saving a Layout As

Use this task to save a layout to the database or copy an existing layout.

Before you begin this task, do one of the following to display the layout you want to save:

• Draw a Layout
• Modify a Layout

To save a report:

1. Display the layout you want to save.
2. Click and select Save As.
3. In the Save As dialog box:
   1. In the Layout name field, enter a name for the file.
   2. In the Category list, select global, project, or user for the layout level.
   3. If Project is selected in the Category list, in the Project list, choose a project.
   4. Click Save.

      Note: You can Save As from the Options page and the Diagram page.
